User Data Deletion Instructions

You may request deletion of personal information associated with your use of BRAGIN Social. You may also revoke BRAGIN Social’s access to your connected social media accounts through the relevant platform’s account settings.

The website at https://braginsocial.com does not have visitor accounts. There is no public page on this Site where a visitor can press a disconnect button. Connections are made by authorized operators of the service.

1. Revoke access on the platform

Removing BRAGIN Social in the platform’s own settings stops future access from that platform. It does not, by itself, delete information we have already stored.

• Facebook and Instagram: open Facebook Settings, then Apps and Websites (or the equivalent Business Integrations page), select BRAGIN Social, and remove it. Instagram accounts connected through Facebook Login are removed from the same Facebook setting.
• Threads: open Settings, then Account, then Apps and websites, and remove BRAGIN Social.
• YouTube: open the Google Account permissions page and remove BRAGIN Social’s access.
• TikTok, X, Pinterest, and Telegram: use that service’s connected-apps or bot settings and remove BRAGIN Social or the bot.

If Meta sends a Threads data-deletion or uninstall callback for a Threads user id, the service removes the stored access credentials for the matching Threads connection and records a confirmation. That callback does not delete previously fetched comments, analytics, or published-content records. Facebook and Instagram do not currently trigger an equivalent automatic deletion in the service.

2. Request deletion from BRAGIN Social

To request deletion of personal information held by BRAGIN Social, contact our support team using the email address listed below with the subject “BRAGIN Social — Data Deletion Request”. Please identify the account or social media connection concerned. Do not include passwords, access tokens or other sensitive credentials.

Useful details are:

• the platform (for example Facebook, Instagram, or Threads);
• the page, profile, or username, and the platform’s user or page id if you have it; and
• whether you are the account holder or you are asking about a comment you posted.

We verify that the request matches the account or the person concerned before deleting. Where we can confirm it, we delete the personal information we hold for that request, including stored credentials for that connection and comment records that identify the requester. We may retain information we are legally required to keep, such as a record that the request was received and completed. We do not promise a fixed number of days for the deletion itself.

Where the GDPR applies, we respond to a valid request within the statutory period, generally one month, which that law allows to be extended. That response period is not a guaranteed deletion time.

3. What we cannot delete for a platform

Posts, comments, and insights that remain on Facebook, Instagram, Threads, YouTube, or another platform are held by that platform. Removing them there is done in that platform’s own tools. Our Privacy Policy describes what BRAGIN Social stores.
