This Privacy Policy describes how Bragin Group Inc. (“BRAGIN Social,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the public website at https://braginsocial.com (the “Site”). It is intended to be suitable for linking from this website and from social-media profiles, including TikTok and similar services.
This policy reflects the Site as it operates today. The Site is an informational corporate website. It does not offer user accounts, does not include a backend contact form, and does not currently use advertising trackers, analytics software development kits, or marketing pixels.
We collect a limited amount of information, in two categories:
The Site does not include an account system or a server-processed contact form. If you email support@braginsocial.com, call us, or otherwise write to us, you voluntarily provide whatever is in that communication. That may include your name, email address, phone number, company, and the contents of your message.
Please do not send sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your inquiry. Email is not a completely secure channel.
Like most websites, our hosting environment and web server may automatically record technical data when you request a page. This may include:
This information is generated by ordinary web-server and security operations. It is not collected through an analytics product embedded in the Site’s pages.
The Site does not currently set advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and it does not load third-party marketing pixels (including Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel, or the TikTok Pixel).
Your browser may store a local preference when you dismiss the Site’s cookie information notice. That preference is kept in localStorage on your device. It is not sent to our servers as a cookie, and it is not used to identify you across other websites.
The Site may still use strictly necessary technologies required to operate, secure and deliver the website (for example, ordinary HTTPS, server session machinery that Rails may use to protect forms on error pages, or similar infrastructure). We do not use those technologies to advertise to you.
We use information to:
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the Site or our business (for example, hosting, email, domain, or professional advisers), with our affiliated companies as needed to respond to an inquiry, or when we believe disclosure is required by law, legal process, or to protect rights and safety.
If we enter a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition or asset transfer, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.
The Site is hosted on infrastructure we operate or contract for. Those providers process technical information as needed to deliver hosting, connectivity, security and similar services. They are not authorized to use Site information for their own independent marketing.
We may preserve or disclose information when we reasonably believe it is necessary to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to enforce our Terms of Service.
Server logs are typically retained for a limited operational period, which may vary with security and system needs. Email and business correspondence are retained for as long as reasonably needed to handle the inquiry, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations, then deleted or archived according to our ordinary practices.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to an informational website, including transport encryption (HTTPS) where the Site is served over TLS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
We are a United States company, and the Site is operated from the United States. If you visit from another country, your information may be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
Depending on where you live, applicable U.S. state law may provide rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information, or to appeal a decision about such a request. The Site collects little personal information unless you choose to contact us.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are commonly used in U.S. state privacy laws, because the Site does not run advertising or analytics tracking. If you wish to make a privacy request, email support@braginsocial.com with sufficient detail for us to understand and respond. We may need to verify your request. These descriptions are informational and are not a certification of any particular statutory status.
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
BRAGIN Social properties may exist on third-party social platforms. Those platforms have their own privacy policies and collect information under their own terms. This Privacy Policy covers this Site. It does not govern TikTok, other social networks, or any application those platforms provide, except to the extent we receive information from you through those services in an ordinary business communication.
If a platform asks you to review a URL for our privacy practices, this page is the policy for braginsocial.com.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Site or to the law. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised when we do. If we later add analytics, advertising cookies, accounts or other collection practices, we will update this policy so that it remains accurate.
